“梁祝”

一个凄美的爱情故事,化身成为商业文化的载体——婚恋产业。坐落在姚江之畔,依傍全国唯一的梁山伯庙,园区覆盖了包括商业、办公、酒店、文化在内的整条产业链。关于“悲剧”与“庆典”的争论本身也折射出文化发展自身的特殊性:它并不遵循数学式的演绎推导,并因而呈现出“自然而然”的状态。


“浪漫”是一定需要的,而水是浪漫的主体,也是江南文化的重要物理载体。水街曲折,桥巷交织——沿水展开的空间序列引导着游走其间的人们随着时间的推移,在一个个貌似不经意的瞬间体味出深植于“梁祝”之中的文化意味,在心理上完成“意境”的塑造。

“十八相送”
特定的文化主题决定了设计需要具备特定的叙事性。由此明确了一种“不复制”的态度——无论空间、形式、材料或是做法。这使得沿水街展开的场景切换达到最大化,从而以一种戏剧化的方式再现了故事本身,营造出诸如“十八相送”之类的经典意境。

“LIangzhu”
A sad and beautiful love story has transformed into the carrier of culture and commerce, namely the “wedding and love industry”.  The Park is located on the shore of Yaojiang River and just beside Liang Shanbo Temple (the only one in China). It covers a whole industrial chain, including commerce, office, hotel and culture facilities. The debate about the relationship between “tragedy” and “celebration” itself reflects also the particularity of the developing of culture: it does not follow the mathematics reasoning and derivation, and thus show a “Natural” state.

Water
“To be romantic” is fundamental. The water is media of romance and an important physical carrier of the Chinese southern culture. The water streets twist and turn, the bridges and lanes intersect with each other – the spatial sequence unfolded along the water guides people walking among to appreciate the cultural meaning deeply rooted in the “Butterfly Lovers” in seemingly casual moments with the passage of time, and complete the shaping of “Artistic Conception” psychologically.

“Bid Farewell in Eighteen Miles”
The specific cultural themes determine that the design need to have specific narrative, and thus a “Non-copy” attitude comes into being- for space, form, material and also the construction, which maximizes the scene changes unfolded along the water street to represent the story itself dramatically, thereby creating classic artistic conceptions e.g. “Bid Farewell in Eighteen Miles”.
