“安正”

“安正”是一个定位为“大众的奢侈品”的服装品牌,其园区定位为能让公众参与的高端场所,是一个集办公、酒店、购物中心、生产、展示与时装发布等于一体的综合产业园。安正服装设计理念的核心是融汇中西古今,因而建筑设计也需以自身的语言诠释这一文化观。

 

 “服装”

在西方,“服装”与建筑学之间的渊源由来已久。从Semper到Herzog & de Meuron,过去的一个半世纪里,相关讨论一直是建筑学的重要话题。 “裁剪”、“包裹”、“折叠”、“拼贴”等服饰制作的基本手法转译并折射在园区具体的建筑设计之中,成为形态与空间塑造的基础。

 

 “山水”

有深度的延续中国传统文化以及通过建筑形象传达企业精神的需求将设计思考引向“山水”这一中国文化中的特殊元素。 “模山范水”是中国古代文人在艺术创作中实现哲学理想的具体行为。建筑环绕中心庭院在意象上重构了一幅360度的山水长卷,对城市则呈现为“亦城亦峦”的状态,成为区域的地标。

 

 “生机”

设计在城市界面与中心庭院之间又“裁剪”出内街空间,根据不同功能区段组织不同的生活场景,绕中心庭院环状展开。企业的生产活动、日常工作与生活与自然景观在深层次的文化再现中统一在一起,成为一个有机的整体,这一整体又成为企业创新活力的源泉。

 “Anzheng”

 “Anzheng” is a fashion brand that is designed as “popular luxury goods”. And its park is a comprehensive industrial park that integrates office, hotel, shopping mall, production, exhibition and fashion show to provide a high-end place for public participation. The core concept of Anzheng’s fashion design lies on the fusion of the ancient and the modern, Chinese and western culture, therefore, the architectural design also needs to represent the cultural prospective with its own language.

 

 “Fashion”

In western countries, it is a time-honored relation between “fashion” and architecture. From Semper to Herzog & de Meuron, relevant discussions have never been stopped in terms of architecture in the past one and a half century. Basic techniques in dress making, e.g. “tailoring”, “wrapping”, “folding”, “splicing”, etc, have been translated to and reflected in the detailed design of buildings in the park and facilitated the creation of form and space.

 

 “Landscape”

The design idea needs to be guided to the special element – “Landscape” in Chinese cultures, so as to deeply inherit Chinese traditional cultures and convey enterprise spirit through building image. For ancient scholars in China, “The description of landscape through written language or paintings” reflects the detailed behaviors to realize the ideal of philosophy during art creation. The buildings encircle the central courtyard, which provides a 360° long scenery roll and represents a status of “both mountain and city”, thus becoming the landmark of the area.

 

 “Vitality”

Between the urban interface and central courtyard, the space of an interior street is “tailored”, different scenarios are organized at different sections and arranged in a circular manner around the courtyard depending on different function zones. The production activities and routine work of enterprises are combined with life and natural landscape in the reappearance of deep cultures, becoming an organic whole that also serves as a source of vitality for the innovation of enterprises.
